Sara Silmis — Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Sara Silmis application (the "Service") provided by Novora Digital OÜ ("Elora Life", "we"), Tallinn, Estonia. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What Sara Silmis does

Sara Silmis lets you create wishlists, share them with friends and family, and coordinate gifts — friends can mark items as "reserved" or "bought" so wishes don't get doubled up.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email and keep your credentials secure.
• If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must create or approve your account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of everything you add — item titles, notes, photos and links.
• You grant us a limited licence to store and display your content to you and to the people you share it with — only as needed to run the Service.
• Do not post unlawful, harmful or infringing content. We may remove content that breaks the law or these Terms.

4. Wishlists, claims and purchases

• "Reserved" and "bought" marks are coordination hints between friends — they are not a purchase, order or contract. A gift is only bought once it is actually purchased from a store.
• Product links open external third-party stores. We are not a party to those purchases: pricing, availability, payment, shipping, returns and warranties are entirely between you and the store.
• The Service itself is free and sells nothing.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't harass other users or send unwanted requests.
• Don't scrape, probe, or attempt to access data that isn't shared with you.
• Don't misuse the Service for anything unlawful.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, pause or discontinue features. We aim for reliability but provide the Service "as is" without guaranteed uptime.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, for content posted by users, or for third-party stores reached through product links. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights under Estonian and EU law.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → delete account). We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are handled by Estonian courts, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
